Duke Michael Eggen, 10 days old, Ada, MN, infant son of Aaron and Aimee Eggen, died Sunday June 3, 2012, at the Minnesota Children’s Hospital, Minneapolis.

He was born on May 24, 2012, in Minneapolis and baptized on May 26, 2012. Duke was born at Abbott Northwest Hospital in Minneapolis, MN, and died at Minneapolis Children’s Hospital. He passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his mommy and daddy. Duke Michael was named after his grandpa’s – Duke Savoie and Michael Eggen Duke enjoyed the many kisses and hugs and songs sang to him from his big sisters. He loved cuddling with his mommy and daddy as much as they loved cuddling with him. while he was here such a short time, he will forever be in our hearts.

Duke is survived by his parents: Aaron and Aimee, sisters: Summer and Audrina, all of Ada, MN, grandparents: Andy and Lori Rollag, Gary, MN; Mike and Gloria Eggen, Ada, MN; great grandparents: Melvin and Regina Eggen, Ada, MN; Ron Hatfield, Austin, MN; aunts and uncles: Jessica and Jeff Little, Moorhead, MN, Ashley Rollag, Gary, MN; Bryan Eggen, Fargo, ND, Jason (Duke’s God Father) and Jenny Eggen, Ada, MN, Mike and Brianna Eggen, Ada, MN; his God Mother, Sarah (Matt) Kjono, Flom, MN; his cousins: Arianna and Zander Little, Kellie, Heidi, Brandon and Brent Eggen, Destiny and Payton Eggen.

Funeral Service: 10:00 AM Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Grace Lutheran Church, Ada.

Visitation: One hour before the service at the church.

Burial: Petry Cemetery, rural Ada.
